**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1. Sourcing and Talent Identification**:
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, internal databases) to identify and attract top talent.
**2. Recruitment Process**:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial requisition to onboarding.
**3. Communication Skills**:
- Effectively communicate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
**4. Document Collection**:
**5. Offer Management**:
- Negotiate salary and other employment terms to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
**6. Relationship Building**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and team leaders.
- Partner with departments to understand their specific recruitment needs and challenges.
**7. Talent Acquisition Strategies**:
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Implement innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
**8. Data Analysis**:
- Use data and metrics to analyze the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment activity and outcomes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to address any negotiation challenges.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Schedule:
