**Job Title**: Talent Acquisition Executive

**Location**: S.P. Ring Road, Opp. Vraj Gardens, Ahmedabad - 380058

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions in collaboration with department heads
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking database
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Generate recruitment reports, track hiring metrics, and support HR documentation
- Graduate or Post-Graduate from a recognized university (MBA in HR preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and general MS Office tools
- Familiar with sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
