**About Us**:
B Creative Solutions is a tech-driven digital marketing company dedicated to delivering impactful results for our clients. We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team and help us find and attract top talent who can drive our company’s success.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and post job descriptions on multiple job portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate and communicate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and gather feedback to make hiring recommendations.
- Conduct background checks and complete pre-employment formalities.
- Maintain recruitment reports and update the HRMS with relevant hiring data.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive or similar role, preferably in a tech or digital marketing company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions.
- Proficiency with HRMS software and experience with various job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
