Talent Acquisition Executive

**Designation : Executive - Talent Acquisition**
**Location : Ahmadabad (Work from Office)**
**Reporting to : Manager - HR**
**CTC : 4.5 Lpa to 5.50 Lakh (Maximum)**
**Experience: 1 to 3 Years.**
- Daily and Monthly Responsibilities, coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews - if possible
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
- Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proficiency in documenting processes and MS office
- Excellent written communication skills
- Familiarity with MIS, databases, and professional networks
- Experience with T,M Process and HR operations
- Experience in using Recruitment tools and Methods
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent skills and knowledge of MS office
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
