**Responsibilities**:
- **Talent Acquisition Strategy**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- **Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management**:
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- **Stakeholder Management**:
- Partner with department heads to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- **Sourcing and Networking**:
- **Reporting and Compliance**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- **Employer Branding**:
- Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Work on employee engagement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the financial services or stock broking industry for Executive.
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the financial services or stock broking industry for Senior Executive.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Strong understanding of the stock broking industry and various roles within a brokerage firm.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.
- Experience in campus recruitment.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
