- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle across multiple domains.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Build strong employer branding strategies to attract top talent.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster), ATS, and MS-Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media hiring strategies (LinkedIn, Instagram).
