**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Lead hiring mandates for various junior to mid management roles in marketing, corporate sales, technology, training, content, product and partner efficiently with the business leaders
- Source applicants through job portals, LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Understand the job description and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews, salary negotiations etc
- Share your insights on market trends and internal talent needs to ensure the company's staffing plans and forecasts are accurate
- Active team member of the talent acquisition team committed to sharing ways of working - must be a strong team player
- Ownership for planning and conducting recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, salary negotiations etc.)

**What you bring**:

- Atleast 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, convincing skills, verbal and written, with listening being key to success
- Good excel skills, knowledge of pivot table,. Vlookup etc
- Ability to interact and manage relationships at all levels of an organization including while working remote
- Strong Team Player - actively listen to coworkers, respect ideas, and aim to improve the ways of working as a team. We succeed as a team.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
