As a Pre-Sales Specialist for AWG Aero Western Green, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue generation by effectively engaging with prospective clients and promoting our residential and commercial properties. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs, provide detailed information about our projects, and guide them through the sales process. You will work closely with the sales team to maximize opportunities and contribute to the overall success of our projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective buyers to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
Property Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of AWG Aero Western Green projects, including features, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue potential leads through various channels, including online inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Site Visits: Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective clients, providing them with guided tours and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized communication, follow-ups, and attentive customer service.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of AWG Aero Western Green properties.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sale, including price, payment schedule, and additional incentives, to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
Documentation: Assist clients with the completion of necessary paperwork and documentation related to property transactions.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies and maximize sales effectiveness.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Knowledge of the Noida real estate market and familiarity with local regulations and practices is an advantage.
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
