Location: Langford Road, Bangalore
Salary - 15K/Month

The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff needs, maintaining records, and coordinating with various departments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain office supplies and ensure timely procurement of required items.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management as needed.
- Handle petty cash and basic accounting tasks in coordination with the finance team.
- Assist HR with documentation, employee onboarding, and leave tracking.
- Ensure office cleanliness and oversee housekeeping staff.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Front Office Executive, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in handling basic accounting or HR tasks is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
