JOB TITLE: Administrative (FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize office files and records, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
- Manage and prioritize incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and equipment purchases as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, materials, and minutes.
- Interact with clients, vendors, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist with managing vendor contracts and relationships.
- Manage and maintain executives' calendars, coordinating appointments and scheduling meetings.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
