**Role**: Office Administration**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance and Monitoring the work completion including House keeping.
- Keep stock of office supplies ( Stationary and House Keeping) and place orders when necessary.
- Cafateria Management.
**Travel Planning : Ticket Booking, taxi Booking and Hotel Booking Domestic travels.**
- Support bookkeeping procedures
Ø Visitor Management.
Ø Meeting Room Management.
Ø Supporting HR.
Ø Tracking attendance management.
Ø Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Ø Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Ø **Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Proven experience as an **office administrator**, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Co-ordinational skills.
Ø **Education and Experience**
Ø Experience of 4-5 years in this area.
Education : Any Degree.
Ø Work From Office Role. 9AM to 6PM.
Ø Salary Range : 4-5 lakhs depending on the experience.
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 4 years (preferred)
- total work: 4 years (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Relocate before starting work (required)
