Office Administrator

**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee daily administrative operations of the branch.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and stationery inventory; place orders as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the branch premises.
- Support academic and admissions teams with documentation, filing, and student record management.
- Handle internal communications and coordination with central teams (HR, Finance, Operations).
- Manage facility-related vendors and service providers (maintenance, housekeeping, etc.).
- Prepare and maintain administrative reports, attendance records, and petty cash.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures at the branch level.
- Assist in organizing events, student activities, or staff meetings when required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in office administration or facility coordination (experience in an education setup is a plus).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and a customer-service attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
