**Salary**: 2,60,000 LPA to 2,90,000 LPA

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing

Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed

Assist in the coordination of meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings

Manage office equipment and coordinate repairs and maintenance as necessary

Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing

Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation

Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing workspaces and completing administrative paperwork

Provide general administrative support to team members as needed

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree preferred

Proven experience working in an administrative role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with mínimal supervision

Attention to detail and accuracy

Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,230.86 - ₹28,157.05 per month
