Key responsibilities:
Data entry and organization: Inputting data into spreadsheets or databases, organizing files, and maintaining documentation.
Office support:
Ordering office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and managing office equipment.
Travel arrangements: Booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for staff members.
Administrative tasks: Assisting with invoicing, filing, and other day-to-day administrative duties.
Reception duties: Greeting visitors, signing for packages, and directing guests to the appropriate contacts.
Research tasks: Research various topics as assigned by management.
Providing general administrative support to the team as needed.
Overall, as an admin assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the office and assisting the team in various administrative tasks.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
