**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Operations**_
- Manage day-to-day office activities to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and utilities.
- Oversee housekeeping, facility management, and general upkeep of the office premises.
- **Petty Cash Management**_
- Maintain and disburse petty cash for daily operational needs.
- Record and reconcile petty cash transactions with supporting bills and documentation.
- Prepare regular reports and submit for review and reimbursement.
- **Vendor & Facility Management**_
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with office service vendors (housekeeping, maintenance, couriers, etc.).
- Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain records of contracts, service agreements, and vendor performance.
- **Coordination & Communication**_
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors.
- Assist HR, Accounts, and other teams with administrative tasks as required.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic accounting practices.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
