As an Office Administrator and Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, greeting visitors, and providing support to various departments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**: Welcome visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and handle general inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- **Office Administration**: Perform a variety of administrative tasks including filing, data entry, managing office supplies, and coordinating mail and deliveries.
- **Calendar Management**: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
- **Support Services**: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including assisting with special projects.
- **Office Maintenance**: Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
