**Job Title**: Office Admin
**Job Location**: Bengaluru
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Update office policies as needed
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Ensure company policies align with current employment laws
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
**Qualification & Experience**:
- **Any Degree preferred.**
- **Relevant Experience**: 2 -3 years of experience in an office administrative or assistant role is often preferred. Experience in roles that involve multitasking, scheduling, and office coordination is beneficial.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
