Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and procurement of

office supplies.
- Maintain and organize office documents and databases.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and stakeholders, ensuring a professional and

welcoming experience.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings using tools like Google Calendar.
- Manage housekeeping staff and oversee office maintenance personnel (e.g., electricians,

plumbers).
- Ensure a clean and functional office environment.
- Coordinate tea and coffee arrangements for the team and visitors.
- Assist team members with scheduling and minor logístical tasks.
- Proficient in using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other office management tools.
- Adapt to and learn new technologies as required for office efficiency.
- Organize and prepare the office for meetings, ensuring all required materials and refreshments

are available.
- Act as a liaison between the team and external service providers.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in an administrative or similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Kannada is essential, and Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proactive, grounded, and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
