**Job Title**:System Administrator

**Position**System Administrator - IT

**Department**IT

**Experience**Minimum 4 Years 7 years of EdTech / IT / Corporate / Institutions etc

**Education -**Should have completed Any Degree, BA, BCOM, BCA, BSC, MBA, PGDM, BE, BTECH, MCA.

**Asst Manager/ Manager Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring and maintaining networks, systems, servers, and online meeting platforms.
- Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- Creating user accounts and performing access control.
- Documenting processes, as well as backup data.
- Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
- Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
- Microsoft Office 365 Administration, including proper user account management.
- Data backup of Employees.
- Microsoft Azure cloud knowledge. Internet router configuration.
- OneDrive knowledge. Linux device driver.
- Windows server knowledge.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Bachelor s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
- Applicable professional qualification. Knowledge in Microsoft technology.
- At least three years of experience in a similar role.
- Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Excellent knowledge in Office 365, ZOOM, MS Teams, E-mail troubleshoots.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
