We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Administrator to join our team at Ravishing Retreat Resort. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the resort's IT infrastructure, specifically focusing on the IDS (Intelligent Distribution Software) system, which is integral to our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the resort’s IT systems and software, especially IDS software.
- Provide support for all hardware and software related issues.
- Install and configure software and hardware solutions, including servers, computers, and networking equipment.
- Ensure the security of the resort’s network and IT infrastructure, implementing security protocols and conducting regular system audits.
- Perform routine backups and data management to prevent data loss and ensure recovery.
- Collaborate with the management team to assess and meet the resort's evolving IT needs.
- Offer technical support and training to staff members on the use of IT systems and software.
- Monitor and report on system performance, ensuring systems are up to date and functioning at optimal capacity.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of IDS (Intelligent Distribution Software) hospitality software.
- Proven experience in IT administration, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry.
- Familiarity with networking, hardware configuration, and software troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to live on-site and work flexible hours as required.
