**Looking for a Senior L2 System administrator**

Experience: 2 to 5 years

CTC : 3.5 Lakh to 6 Lakh

Job Location: Bangalore

Servers, Firewall (opens source / Device based), G-suite/O365, Wireless Network, Data Backup, Endpoint security, Network security
- Assist in maintaining IT asset Inventory and Software Inventory.
- Active Directory user administration, password reset and unlocks.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade server hardware and software.
- Perform data backup operations.
- Ensure high system availability, avoiding downtime and obtaining user satisfaction.
- Helpdesk and Ticketing Management
- Evaluated the performance of computer systems / networks by utilizing remote
- Hands on experience in installation and maintenance of external computer peripherals such as Network Printers, Switches, Projectors, Mobile devices, Video conferencing, Zoom, Team meeting setup and configurations
- Troubleshooting Wi-Fi and LAN connections.
- Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure and performing failure analysis and determining corrective action plans
- Network Cabling, LAN Implementation and Trouble shooting
- Endpoint security, DLP, and Drive encryption installing and updating
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of O365 & G-Suite.
- Monitoring Event Logs, Antivirus Logs and Security Patch deployment for windows.
- Active directory users, groups, OU and Group Policy creation and management.
- Implementation and administration of DNS, DHCP etc.
- Network Services: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, ADDS
- Routing and VLAN configuration and VPN
- Operating System: Server 2008, 2012R2 & 2018 and, win10, Mac OS
- Backup Devices : NAS and Cloud
- Firewall - Install / Configure / VPN / Link failover / Load balancing with multiple bandwidth lines
- Installation and maintaining Apple Mac - OS and Devices

**Salary**: ₹247,721.02 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
