Assisting with financial tasks
Supporting bookkeeping and budgeting procedures, and handling billing cycles
Facilitating effective communication
Answering and directing phone calls, and fielding inquiries from sales representatives
Coordinating office events and meetings
Organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and overseeing catering during company events
Supervising administrative staff
Dividing responsibilities to improve performance
Managing inventory
Tracking and replacing office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment
Creating travel itineraries
Creating travel itineraries for business executives, employees, and company events
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹9,614.35 - ₹37,907.19 per month
Expected hours: 9 per week
