**Job Summary**
As a Receptionist/Office Administrator, you will be the face of our company, responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our clients, partners, and team members. This role is essential in managing the day-to-day office operations, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative functions. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of communication and tasks within our office.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Reception & Client Interaction**:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported.
- Provide initial travel-related information and direct more specific inquiries to relevant travel consultants or teams.
- **Office Administration**:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, office supply inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Schedule meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and office space.
- **Booking & Documentation Support**:
- Assist with client booking processes, prepare travel itineraries, and ensure accurate filing of all travel documents.
- Support the sales and travel consultant teams with preparing travel-related paperwork, managing bookings, and processing client payments.
- **Communication & Coordination**:
- Act as the liaison between departments to ensure smooth information flow.
- Assist in organizing office events, client meetings, and staff gatherings.
**Key Requirements**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or tourism management are a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with travel booking software (preferred).
- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
