As a Receptionist at Bandhan Tours, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees. Your role will involve handling all front desk operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Manage visitor logs, ensuring proper access protocols are followed.
- **Customer Service**:
- Address and resolve client inquiries or direct them to the relevant staff.
- Assist with booking or confirming travel arrangements as needed.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor at all times.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Manage appointments and schedules for the team, including coordinating meeting room bookings.
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and other materials as requested.
- **Office Coordination**:
- Maintain office supplies, ensuring the reception area is well-stocked and tidy.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
- Assist in managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- **Travel Assistance**:
- Help employees and clients with travel-related queries, including information on destinations, bookings, and itineraries.
- Maintain a log of all travel-related activities for the company.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:
- Work closely with the HR, Operations, and Marketing teams to facilitate smooth office operations.
- Assist with event planning and other activities as needed.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Additional certifications in tourism or hospitality preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, ideally in the travel/tourism industry.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of travel management and bookings is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Ability to handle inquiries and customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
**Working Hours**:
- Full-time, Monday to Saturday / Time
- 10 to 7
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
