- Office Receptionist Cum Office Administrative**
**Greeting and Welcoming Visitors**:
- Welcome visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
**Answering and Directing Phone Calls**:
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individual or department.
- Take and relay messages as needed.
**Managing Mail and Deliveries**:
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages.
**Scheduling and Managing Appointments**:
- Coordinate meeting room reservations.
**Maintaining the Reception Area**:
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
- Ensure that reading materials and other resources are available for visitors.
**Handling Administrative Tasks**:
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Assist with the preparation of documents and reports.
**Providing Support to Other Departments**:
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
**Customer Service**:
- Address customer inquiries and provide information or assistance.
**Maintaining Security**:
- Monitor and control access to the office and ensuring security protocols are followed.
**Communication Skills**:
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, visitors, and callers.
- Exhibit professionalism in verbal and written communication.
**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
