Handle all day-to-day office and factory administrative operations, including inventory management, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, procurement, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures across office and factory operations.
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and follow-up as with clients to ensure timely responses.
- Act as a point of contact between the sales team and clients for queries and support.
- Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and documentation.
- Support the sales team in tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Schedule and organize client meetings, site visits, or factory tours as needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
