**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bidding on Online Platforms**: Actively bid on online job platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.) to secure new business projects.
- **Proposal Writing**: Prepare and submit detailed proposals for potential projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients to understand their project needs and ensure the timely delivery of services.
- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client demands to identify new business opportunities.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate project budgets, timelines, and other terms of contracts.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams (designers, developers, project managers) to ensure the successful execution of awarded projects.
- **Project Management**: Coordinate the successful execution and delivery of projects from bid acceptance to completion.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on bids, wins, and market trends.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in online bidding and business development on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
- Strong understanding of the online marketplace, client acquisition, and project management.
- Excellent communication, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and analyze project requirements and create effective proposals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to client engagement.
- Knowledge of various industries and services to cater to different client needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in bidding for IT, software development, and digital marketing projects.
- Familiarity with different pricing models (fixed-price, hourly, milestone-based).
- A network of existing contacts or clients in relevant industries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
