**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end ticket booking (domestic/international) for individual (B2C) clients.
- Process changes, cancellations, and reissuance of tickets as per client requests.
- Provide accurate fare quotations, availability, and itinerary planning.
- Coordinate with airlines, GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.), or event ticketing platforms.
- Ensure timely delivery of tickets and confirmations to customers.
- Maintain updated records of all bookings and communications.
- Resolve post-sale issues such as refunds or reschedules.
- Stay informed about industry trends, airline policies, and promotional fares.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C ticketing (travel, airline, or event sector).
- **Education**: Graduate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / related field.
- Proficiency in any GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) or ticketing platforms.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer skill
