We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Associates who can guide customers through their purchase journey and offer expert recommendations on our high-value, handcrafted stone-based products.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Consultation & In-Store Experience**
- Engage with walk-in or inbound customers, understand their needs, and offer personalized product suggestions.
- Provide complete product information and highlight the unique value of each gemstone.
- Assist clients with selection, sizing, and packaging for gifting or personal use.

**Product Knowledge & Upselling**
- Develop in-depth understanding of gemstones, their types, features, and occasions they're suited for.
- Confidently upsell premium options and create value-based pitches for higher conversions.
- Handle objections professionally and ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry to purchase.

**Relationship Building & Repeat Sales**
- Build rapport with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Offer after-sales support and handle basic client concerns or queries.

**Sales & CRM Management**
- Achieve monthly sales targets to earn handsome incentives
- Update leads, inquiries, and client records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, inventory, and dispatch updates.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Prior experience in **retail, direct sales, luxury sales, or high-ticket B2C sales** is a plus.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong presentation and persuasion abilities.
- A passion for customer service and a sales-first mindset.
- Basic familiarity with gemstones or luxury products is preferred (training will be provided).
