**Timings**: 11:30 AM - 9:00 PM
**Weekly Off**: Thursday (6-day workweek)
**Salary**: Up to ₹8 LPA (₹4 LPA Fixed + ₹4 LPA Variable)
**Experience**: Minimum 2 Years in Sales (Team Leadership preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **inbound leads** and guide customers through product selection
- Recommend gemstones and sacred items based on customer needs and preferences
- Explain product **benefits, authenticity, and pricing** clearly and convincingly
- Convert leads into **successful sales** and meet/exceed monthly targets
- Maintain accurate **CRM records**, including follow-ups and conversions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- **2+ years of sales experience**, especially in high-value B2C selling
- Prior **team leadership** experience is a strong advantage
- Strong communication in **Hindi and/or English**:
