About Us:

South East Asian Tours is a trusted travel agency based in Kolkata, specializing in Customized Tour Packages, Corporate Bookings, Flight Tickets, Hotel Bookings, Cruise Bookings, Destination Weddings, Forex & Guide Services. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated professional to drive both B2B and B2C sales.

Position: Sales Representative

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in sales (Travel Industry preferred)

Gender: Male / Female – Both can apply

Salary: Negotiable (as per experience & performance)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage B2B (agents, corporates, institutions) and B2C (direct customers) sales channels.
  • Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Focus on institutional sales by approaching schools, colleges, corporates, and other organizations for bulk/group travel.
  • Promote the company's services including tour packages, corporate bookings, and destination weddings.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with proactive client engagement.
  • Provide after-sales service and maintain customer satisfaction for repeat business.
  • Report market trends, competitor activities, and sales progress to the management team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in Kolkata & surrounding areas (travel industry preferred).
  • Strong network and knowledge of institutional, B2B, and B2C sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive in approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
