**Job Title**: Receptionist and Administrative Assistant
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Perform data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Provide support for meetings, including booking rooms and preparing materials.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor and customer service skills.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
