We’re a friendly, patient-focused Physiotherapy and Pilates clinic dedicated to helping our clients move better, feel better, and live better. Our team of experienced physiotherapists and Pilates instructors provide high-quality, evidence-based care in a welcoming and supportive environment.
**The Role**
We’re looking for a motivated, organised, and personable **Medical Receptionist/Administrator** to join our team. This is a key front-of-house role that ensures our clinic runs smoothly and that every patient receives an exceptional experience from their first contact to their final session.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage appointment scheduling and practitioner calendars
- Process patient payments, invoices, and insurance claims
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle confidential information with care
- Support the administrative needs of physiotherapists and Pilates instructors
- Keep the reception area welcoming, tidy, and professional
- Assist with general office and clinic duties as required
**About You**:
- Previous experience in a medical, health, or fitness reception/administration role (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Competent with computer systems and clinic management software
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Interest in health, wellbeing, and rehabilitation is a plus
