We are looking for a **Receptionist / Administrator** to join our team at our **Andheri West** office. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, well-spoken, and experienced in front office management and administrative support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office records, supplies, and general administrative documentation
- Liaise with internal departments for smooth daily operations
- Handle courier and mail management
- Ensure the reception area is always tidy and presentable
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in the shipping/logistics sector is an advantage, but not essential
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset
