Receptionist/administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Manage and handle end-to-end petty cash
- Maintain petty cash records.
- Issue cash as per approved requests.
- Reconcile and report petty cash expenses regularly.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative work
- Support the admin team with filing, photocopying, and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and other services.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Provide basic administrative support to HR and other departments when needed.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Freshers with good communication skills
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail, especially in handling cash and maintaining records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
