Receptionist/administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**: Greet and assist visitors and clients upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- **Phone Operations**: Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls; take and relay messages when necessary.
- **Information Dissemination**: Provide accurate information about the company’s services, policies, and procedures to visitors and clients.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain and update visitor logs, appointment schedules, and office databases.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
- **Supply Management**: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the front desk area is well-stocked.
- **Customer Service**: Address and resolve client inquiries and issues in a courteous manner.
- **Office Maintenance**: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
**Qualifications**:
- HSC / SSC.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Basic Knowledge of Computers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
