**Job Summary**
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized individual to join our clinic as an Administration Assistant cum Receptionist. This dual-role position involves managing front-desk reception duties while also supporting the administrative and clerical needs of the clinic to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
**Key ResponsibilitiesReception Duties**:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling using clinic software.
- Assist patients with registration, insurance documentation, and consent forms.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception and waiting area.
- Provide patients with basic information about clinic services and procedures.
**Administrative Support**:
- Maintain accurate patient records, update files, and ensure confidentiality at all times.
- Assist in billing, invoicing, and collecting payments.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and clinic documents.
- Order and manage office and medical supplies inventory.
- Coordinate with labs, pharmacies, and other external service providers as needed.
- Assist in maintaining clinic compliance with regulatory and hygiene standards.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in administration or healthcare is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a medical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, especially in gynaecology, is an advantage.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling patient information.
