**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our office.

**Responsibilities**:
Call Management:
Answering and directing incoming calls promptly and professionally.

Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing calls.

Document Management:
Managing the inward and outward flow of documents efficiently.

Ensuring proper filing and organization of documents.

Billing and Collection:
Preparation of bills and invoices for the services rendered.

Assisting in the collection process by making follow-up calls.

Customer Interaction:
Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Providing information and assistance to clients when needed.

Administrative Support:
Providing administrative support to the team as required.

Handling general inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.

Self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to take on new opportunities.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
