Costus Consultancy Services Private Limited is a reputable HR Solutions (Recruitment and Staffing) provider organization. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Hospital Receptionist to join one of our client's team near Mumbai Naka, Nashik.

**Position Overview**:
As a Hospital Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals. You will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors courteously and professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, triage inquiries, and redirect calls to appropriate departments.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient registration processes accurately.
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing and payment queries.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the reception area.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely handling of patient needs.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and concerns effectively and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain and update patient records in compliance with confidentiality standards.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Education should be 12th or Graduation in any stream.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including Marathi, Hindi and English language.
- Proficient in using computer systems, electronic medical records (EMR), and office software including Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with empathy.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures (preferred).

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based in Nashik, Maharashtra State, India.
