**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and assist patients and visitors.
- Handle appointment scheduling and rescheduling.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- **Patient Registration**:

- Collect and verify patient information and documentation.
- Maintain and update patient records in the system.
- **Billing and Insurance Coordination**:

- Assist patients with billing queries and payments.
- Coordinate with insurance providers for claim processing and approvals.
- **Digital Marketing Support**:

- Assist in managing social media updates.
- **General Administration**:

- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff for smooth operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Prior experience as a receptionist (hospital experience preferred).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and insurance processes.
- Proficient in MS Office and hospital management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
