Job Description:As a **Telecaller** at our company, you will be an essential part of our customer acquisition and lead generation process. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with potential clients, promote our software solutions, and gather relevant information to qualify leads. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to effectively explain our offerings to different stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities**:Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate new business opportunities.
- **Product Promotion**: Effectively explain the company’s software products and services, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
- **Customer Interaction**: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, addressing client inquiries, providing information, and setting up appointments or demos.
- **Follow-ups**: Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- **Sales Support**: Support the sales team in closing deals by passing qualified leads and facilitating communication with potential clients.
- **Client Feedback**: Collect feedback from clients and relay important insights to the marketing and product development teams.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and confidently.
- **Product Knowledge**: Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate technical software products and services.
- **Customer-Centric**: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Problem Solving**: Capable of addressing client concerns and providing solutions on the spot.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office, and other tools for managing leads and data.
- Preferred Skills**:Experience in Software/IT Sales**: Experience in selling software solutions or related services will be an advantage.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in English and Hindi is required. Proficiency in other languages can be a plus.
