**Female Telecaller - Real Estate**

**Location**:
Noida, Uttar Pradesh

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **smart, confident, and result-oriented female telecaller** to join our real estate team in Noida. The role involves calling potential clients, handling property enquiries, sharing project details, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team to convert leads into clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make **outbound calls** to potential buyers and investors from the provided database.
- Handle **inbound calls and enquiries** related to residential/commercial properties.
- Explain project details - location, pricing, amenities, payment plans, etc.
- **Convince and schedule site visits** for interested clients.
- Maintain and update lead details, follow-ups, and reports in CRM.
- Coordinate with sales executives for client meetings and closures.
- Achieve daily/weekly **calling and conversion targets**.
- Stay updated with ongoing and upcoming **real estate projects** in the area.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Daily call volume and talk-time targets.
- Number of site visits booked.
- Conversion rate from lead to visit/sale.
- Timely CRM and follow-up updates.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 12th pass; **Graduation preferred.**:

- Prior **telecalling / telesales / customer service experience** preferred (real estate experience is an advantage).
- Excellent **communication skills** in Hindi and English.
- Strong **persuasion and negotiation** abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling).
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and confidence on calls.

**Work Schedule**:

- **Full-time | Day Shift (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)**:

- **6-day working week** (Sunday off or as per company policy).
- **Work from office - Noida location.**
