**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Explain the benefits of our products/services and persuade customers to make a purchase or book an appointment.
- Maintain a record of calls and update customer details in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the team leader or manager.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve call strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduation preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Mention languages required, e.g.,, Hindi, or regional language].
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
