**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company services.
- Understand customer requirements and explain service features clearly and convincingly.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up calls or meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to convert them into clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Record customer interactions and maintain an updated database of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and offers.
- Coordinate with the field sales and marketing teams to ensure lead closure.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **telecalling, telesales, or inside sales** (preferred).
- Excellent communication and persuasive speaking skills.
- Strong ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving daily and monthly targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, etc.).
- Fluency in **Hindi and English** (additional regional language is a plus).
- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or Graduation (preferred).

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Fixed salary: ₹16,000 - ₹23,000 per month _(based on performance and target achievement)_
