**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend and manage inbound/outbound calls related to order confirmation and order inquiries.
- Accurately record customer details and order-related information in the system.
- Provide clear and concise information to customers about their orders.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
- Meet daily/weekly calling targets and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain call records, reports, and update the database regularly.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling/customer support.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi]
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls (50-100 per day).
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in e-commerce/order management/customer support.
- Multilingual communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
