**Job Title: Telecaller (Female Only)**

**Location**: Lucknow - Rai Bareilly Road]

**Salary**: ₹11,000 - ₹15,000 per month

**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year

**Skills Required**:

- Good communication skills (Hindi/English as required)
- Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge (data entry, filtering, formatting, etc.)
- Calling customers, handling inquiries, and updating data
- Ability to maintain call records and follow-up sheets in Excel
- Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Should be confident, polite, and have a positive attitude
- Comfortable in using Excel for daily reporting and follow-ups

**Responsibilities**:

- Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explaining product/service information clearly
- Maintaining daily call reports in Excel
- Following up with leads and updating their status
- Coordinating with sales/support team if needed

**Joining: Immediate preferred**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
