We provide confidential counselling services to people dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and sexual health concerns. We're looking for a **female telecaller** with sales experience who is empathetic, professional, and comfortable handling sensitive conversations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to leads and clients for **counselling & therapy services**, including **sex and relationship wellness**:

- Handle inbound calls with empathy, respect, and clarity
- Convert inquiries into **paid sessions and consultations**:

- Update CRM records, call logs, and appointment schedules
- Coordinate with the counselling team for bookings and feedback
- Ensure confidentiality and build trust with clients
- Meet monthly **sales and conversion targets**

**Languages Required**:
**Hindi** (Fluent)
**English** (Fluent)
**Tamil** (preferred)
**Kannada** (preferred)

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **1+ year of experience** in Telecalling, Telesales, or Inside Sales
- Comfortable talking about **mental health, relationships, and sex-related topics**:

- Excellent communication, persuasion, and listening skills
- Tech-savvy (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems)
- Must be willing to work from our **Greater Noida office**
