**Job description**
**Position**: Telecaller
**Location**: Noida, Sector 63
**Company**: KSBM Infotech Pvt Ltd
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our IT products and services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, services, and complaints.
- Provide detailed information about our services, packages, and offers.
- Maintain a database of customer contacts and update information as needed.
- Follow up on leads and potential business opportunities.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and provide reports to the management team.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience: Fresher or** Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and provide satisfactory solutions.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT services is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
