**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, guide, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
- Allocate leads, monitor call performance, and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve communication and pitching skills.
- Maintain call logs, CRM data, and generate performance reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and ensure lead conversion.
- Handle escalated customer queries and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to increase productivity, call quality, and overall team performance.
- Recruit and onboard new telecalling executives when required.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate or equivalent qualification (MBA preferred).
- 2 years of experience in telecalling or telesales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role in the **real estate sector**.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
- Ability to handle pressure and drive

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
