**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads or sales.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication to convert them into customers.
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Provide product/service information clearly and accurately.
- Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign feedback and improvement.
- Maintain a positive and respectful tone during all interactions.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in telecalling, customer service, or telesales.
- Excellent **verbal communication skills** in [Languages - e.g., English, Hindi, Regional Languages].
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Prior experience in the education, finance, real estate, or FMCG sectors is a plus.
- Familiarity with sales or lead generation processes.
